Target Thursday #4...

Hey Kids! Ready for Target Thursday! Here we go...

I couldn't wait to wear this week's Target Thursday outfit! Don't tell my husband but I bought this dress a week ago when I had to make a Target run to buy some "laundry soap" (yeah right!) and I happened to do a "drive by" through the clearance racks. When I found this dress it was as if it was calling my name, "Eileen! Buy me! Buy Me"! So I had to do what I was supposed to do. Honey if you're reading this...surprise!

Earth Day Bag Update...

Here is the 2013 Target reusable shopping bag. It's not very glamorous looking but it is for a good cause. If you can read the tag those were the samples that were included in the bag.

Did you know...

•  A plastic bag can take anywhere from 15 to 1000 years to decompose.
• Only 1% of plastic bags are recycled, the rest are left in landfills to live forever.
• Plastic bags make up over 10% of washed up debris polluting U.S. coastline.

Remember that Target Ombre Dress...

Remember I posted about the Massimo Hi Low Ombre dress in last weeks Target Thursday #3?  On TargetStyle they feature a model wearing the dress in blue. They paired it with a green skinny belt. This is going on my watch list...

I admit, in my head I look like the model above....yeah I'm going to keep thinking that way.

Target Thursday #3! Did someone say Earth Day or Ombre?...

So I cheated a little bit and wore this outfit last Friday but just now posting it. I tell you I have so many clothes from Target that everyday would be Target Day! But I wanted save my post for today.

• Pearl Bracelet - Actually a necklace wrapped around my wrist -  bought at a garage sale

Earth Day Bag Giveaway...

I wanted to share a post from Target Addict that on Sunday April 21st, Target will be handing out reusable bags for Earth Day (Monday April 22). Target plans to giveaway about 1.5 million bags and stock about 250,000 with free samples.  Below is a pic of last years bag giveaway...

Pretty cool huh! Not sure what the 2013 bag will look like but I've already marked my calendar to snag one of these babies!

Bruno Mars and Red Pants...

Omg everytime I hear Bruno Mar's Runaway Baby song I hit repeat about 1,000 times! I just love it! It makes me want to shake my tail feather! Whether I'm in the car or at home. Ok on to other things...

Since starting Target Thursdays I have been on a clearance / bargain spree! One store I just discovered is Kohl's. I know I know...you're probabaly thinking, "You're now just discovering KOHL'S"! But Target was my my main store and I guess I just never ventured out. As much as I'm excited about discovering Kohl's my heart still belongs to Target!

I wanted to share that I found these really cute red SO Color Skinny Twill Pants for $7.20 in the junior clearance section. These pants are so comfortable and feel great on.

With prices like these my husband doesn't mind my little bargain shopping spree. When I told him how much my pants cost he said, "I wish I could find clothes for me with those kind of prices". I just may have to take him on a little shopping trip which would be a good excuse to buy a little something for me :-).

Target Thursday #1...

If you really know me, you know that I love Target. Actually I think I'm obsessed with Target. I'm always telling my husband, "I'm running to Target real fast"! But then end up staying there for about 2 hours then lying to him when he calls my cell phone, telling him, "I'm in the check out" when I'm actually looking at shoes.

My biggest pleasure about going to Target is the clearance sections. I love love love clearence! Really I love clearence at any store. In order for me to buy regular price it has to be something I absolutely must have. My kids on the other hand, I do buy regular price, but I always look in the clearance section first.

I've decided to share some of my fashion finds from Target clearance. Some women get a buzz from couponing, I get a buzz from finding awesome clearence pieces! Then double buzz when I get compliments and shock people when I say "$8 bucks at Target"! It puts a smile on my face all day!
